Coaching Terms & Booking Policy

Payment

Payment confirms your place in the coaching programme.

For programmes with instalment options, the first payment confirms the booking and the remaining balance must be completed before the agreed milestone in the programme.

Scheduling the First Session

After payment, clients will receive a private scheduling link to book their first session.

The first session is typically scheduled within a few weeks of booking, depending on the client’s availability.

If you wish to begin the programme later, this can be arranged in advance.

Refund Policy

Because each coaching programme includes preparation, planning and reserved time slots, payments are non-refundable once the programme has started.

The programme is considered to have started once the first coaching session has taken place or preparation work has begun.

If you change your mind before the first session, a refund may be requested within 48 hours of payment, provided that no preparation work has begun.

After this period, payments are non-refundable but may be transferred to a later start date within 3 months, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Sessions

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice may be considered used.

Programme Validity

Coaching sessions must be completed within 4 months of the first session, unless otherwise agreed.

In-Person Sessions (Zurich Area)

If an in-person session is planned and the client needs to cancel or reschedule, the same 24-hour notice policy applies.
