We want you to love your Capsule pieces. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.
1. Voluntary Returns (14 Days)

You may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

unworn and in original condition
-
with all tags and packaging intact

accompanied by your order confirmation

⛔️ For hygiene reasons, certain items (e.g. underwear, cosmetics) cannot be returned. Rental items must be returned according to their rental terms.
2. How to Return

Contact us within 14 days.

We’ll send you return instructions.

Ship the item(s) back to us. Please note: return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrectly delivered.
3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/payment provider.

Shipping fees are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
At the moment, we don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size, color, or item, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered:

Please notify us immediately (within 7 days of receipt) at [insert support email].

We will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.
💡 Important:

New goods are covered by a 2-year statutory warranty.

Secondhand goods are covered by a 1-year statutory warranty. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
These rights exist independently of our 14-day return policy.
6. EU Customers
If you are based in the European Union, you also have a 14-day legal right of withdrawal, separate from our voluntary return policy. Details are explained in our Terms & Conditions.
